RECENSIONI SULLE COMPAGNIE AEREE (1)

This review will be useful to all those who are about to choose to fly with a small airline like Air Serbian. Maybe you will say that to save a few euros it is worth flying with this company, maybe in the evening. After my bad experience with Air Serbian, I strongly advise to avoid making this gamble, and now I explain why it is better to rely on well-structured companies even in low cost. In case you happen to miss a connection or your flight is canceled, companies like Easy Jet will more easily have the opportunity to move to another airline flight within a few hours. With Air Serbian I happened to be kidnapped for a whole day in a hotel (even if excellent) in Belgrade, waiting to have a seat on the only other flight scheduled for Athens the next day. So far you could say you`ve already heard a similar story. The thing that left me speechless are the ways and the disorganization with which the Air Serbian staff treated me. The nightmare began when after 4 hours we were embarked (around midnight) on an airplane with the air conditioning off, an experience that I do not wish on anyone, where some people have had panic attacks or felt sick. The only thing the hostesses were able to do was to serve us a glass of water with hasty ways, showing total disregard for the discomfort of people getting on the aircraft. During the trip the Hostesses again showed themselves, showing trolleys of food for a fee. But the saddest surprise came when I arrived at Belgrade airport, where it was announced with great ease that I would have to lose an entire day in order to get on another flight to Athens. The ridiculous thing is that on several occasions I have asked to speak with someone from Air Serbian to be able to discuss any compensation or flight commutation with another company, but the answer has always been that whoever was handling the problem was airport staff and not of the company (even though they officially wore the Air Serbian uniform). To make sure that this staff was openly lying, I asked several people (before explaining my problem) if they worked for Air Serbian. Their first response has always been to actually be part of the company, but as soon as I exposed the flight problem, they childishly declared that they did not belong to the company. Now I`m here waiting for this nightmare to end tonight (I hope), and I can give you the dispassionate advice not to fly with Air Serbian, that like Alitalia, has selected them and trained arrogant and unprofessional staff. Etihad (majority shareholder of both companies) is warned, if you want to increase the business of your companies, you have to do a much more thorough selection and training of personnel, Easy Jet teaches.
